I think this music video is a major production. Unlike most MV, this one is like a mini-movie. It comes with English subtitles so you know what the story is about and the lyrics of the song.

Shin Ha-kyun played Sean Shin (the guy with the brain injury). I first saw him in the movie Joint Security Area and much later in the Korean TV drama Brain.

I Love You by Yutaka Ozaki in Japanese

As mentioned, this song was originally a Japanese song. It is written by Yutaka Ozaki (尾崎豐). Very famous and active in the late 80s to early 90s. His career was cut short when he died in April 1992 at the age of 26. So sad!
