Nailed to the Cross is the English title I gave to a Hokkien worship song about the sinless Man who bled for me. 一个无罪的人, 为我流血, 为我受伤。

This song’s Hokkien title is 钉在十架. It is found in the 称義 Justified (Hokkien) album produced by New Creation Worship in 2006.

It is a lovely worship song. It reminds me that Jesus is multilingual. I highly recommend it as a meditative worship song even if you do not know Hokkien.

On 10 December 2023, Pastor Lawrence Lim preached a sermon titled “Give Voice to Your Hope!”. He talked about his experience ministering to inmates on death row at the Singapore Changi Prison. He was deeply encouraged by the hope these inmates have because of their relationship with Jesus Christ.

He ended the sermon by singing this song. It is, apparently, one of the most popular songs of the prisoners at Changi Prison.
