Napa cabbage recipe stashed!
Ingredients
300g napa cabbage leaves
60g dried anchovies
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp cornstarch solution
Cooking oil
Seasonings
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 sesame seed oil
- Wash and cut the cabbage leaves into big pieces
- Combine the ingredients of the seasonings together well
- Heat cooking oil and fry the dried anchovies until golden brown and crispy
- Remove onto kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
- Using the oil in the wok, gently fry the chopped garlic
- Add the cabbage leaves and the seasonings
- Stir fry until cabbage leaves is soft
- Add the cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce
- Plate up and garnish with crispy anchovies on top before serving
