Napa Cabbage Recipe

Napa cabbage recipe stashed!

300g napa cabbage leaves
60g dried anchovies
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp cornstarch solution
Cooking oil

1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 sesame seed oil

  1. Wash and cut the cabbage leaves into big pieces
  2. Combine the ingredients of the seasonings together well
  3. Heat cooking oil and fry the dried anchovies until golden brown and crispy
  4. Remove onto kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
  5. Using the oil in the wok, gently fry the chopped garlic
  6. Add the cabbage leaves and the seasonings
  7. Stir fry until cabbage leaves is soft
  8. Add the cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce
  9. Plate up and garnish with crispy anchovies on top before serving
